After nearly 3 years of bringing ty so bong da products into the Cuban market, researching and assessing the demand as well as the development orientation of Cuba, Central America and Caribe, ty so bong da Corporation decided to invest in direct production of building materials in Cuba. With the support of the two governments of Vietnam and Cuba, the close co-operation of the Cuban partners, together with ty so bong da's determination, the procedures for establishing the business have been completed. The ceremony of announcing and signing the contract to launch a joint venture manufacturing building materials between ty so bong da and Cuban partners has been solemnly held in La Habana, Cuba.

On the afternoon of April 16, 2018, the Cuban Deputy Minister of Construction Mr. Pedro Armando Milian Marante and the Cuban Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Vietnam Mrs. Lianys Torres Rivera visited and worked with ty so bong da Corporation at the headquarters of the Corporation - No. 1, Thang Long Boulevard, Hanoi.

In the first year of the Vietnam Property Awards 2018, the Dang Xa Social Housing Project invested by the ty so bong da Infrastructure Development Investment Company has been selected as "Best Social Housing" in Vietnam by jury.

Attending Vietnam Expo 2018, ty so bong da is considered one of the most outstanding booths in the exhibition, with displaying space of luxury, impressive and attractive products for international visitors.

On the morning of 9 April, ty so bong da Corporation held a meeting to assess the business results in the first quarter of 2018 and to deploy the business plan in second quarter of 2018. Accordingly, ty so bong da set a strong growth of main business indicators of the second quarter compared with the first quarter.

On March 29, the Cuban Government issued a license to invest in the Mariel Development Zone for ViMariel SA - the first fully foreign-invested enterprise in Cuba invested by ty so bong da. The two governments expected that this will strongly improve to the economic development of the Caribbean island.

On the morning of February 26th 2018, at the first meeting of the Lunar new year 2018, ty so bong da Corporation - JSC has carried out assessment and task assignment, detail deployment to each department of the parent company. At the meeting, after directly reported to the Board of Directors about the plans and key tasks in 2018, Directors, Heads of Divisions/ Departments of the Corporation signed the Commitment to undertake the 2018 plan with Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - General Director of the Corporation

In the new spring air, on the first working day of the country February 21st 2018, ty so bong da Corporation - JSC has ceremonially held the tree-planting launching ceremony Spring 2018, Opening ceremony of wastewater treatment station - phase 1 and Ground-breaking ceremony of social housing in Phu Ha Industrial Park (IP) – Phu Tho.

Continuing some new spring events, on the morning of the February 22nd 2018, ty so bong da Corporation - JSC celebrated the tree-planting launching ceremony Spring 2018, the ground-breaking ceremony of wastewater treatment plant project and power station 110KV project plant in Dong Van IV Industrial Park – Ha Nam province. The project is expected to continue to attract more investors in the fields of electronics and hi-tech industry.
